Coaching you through your neurodiversity journey.
Are you trying to make sense of your neurodivergent brain and looking for support that actually fits you?
If you’re newly diagnosed, feeling stuck, or trying to make sense of your autistic or otherwise neurodivergent brain, coaching can help you find clarity and confidence. Together, we look at what’s going on for you and create strategies that fit your way of thinking, so you can move through life more confidently and with less second‑guessing.
Coaching
“I felt listened to, understood and respected. You were always there to support me and never made me feel small or stupid. For the first time I felt like my autism wasn't a problem and I didn't have to hide it or fix myself.”
I’ve spent over ten years supporting neurodivergent children and adults across education, employment, and community settings. I’ve worked with autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent people of all ages, helping them understand their strengths, navigate challenges, and make sense of how their brains work.
What shapes my approach is the mix of professional experience and my own lived experience as a dyslexic ADHDer who specialises in autism. That blend of hands‑on knowledge and personal insight means I support you in ways that actually work for your brain.
If you’re feeling a little lost and want someone to help you create a map, become comfortable with your diagnosis, and start celebrating how your brain works, I’d love to work with you.

If your organisation wants to build confidence, improve accessibility, or create a more neurodivergent‑friendly environment, I offer flexible online and in‑person options.
“Bethan’s training transformed how I worked with a client with PDA. I was able to communicate without placing demands, understand their difficulties, and create a session where they felt genuinely comfortable. I wouldn’t have managed this without her training — even the client gave positive feedback.”
